Rate of Climb / Vertical Speed Indicator, USSR 60 meters/second

Here is an example of a Cold War-era Vertical Speed Indicator from an aircraft of the air force of the USSR.  It displays a maximum rate of climb or descent of 60 meters/second. We have not identified the type of aircraft which specifically used this indicator.  

Measures 3.25 inches diameter and ~ 4 inches deep. It is in exceptional condition given its age.  The case and glass are intact and the lettering is bright and distinct.
