This is what seems to be a 1950s-vintage aircraft Fuel Quantity Indicator made by Simmonds Aerospace under the Pacitor brand name, part # 37413-203A. We have not been able to link this to a specific aircraft, but we recently sold another with US Navy label on its case and 1955 service label.
The instrument is in exceptional condition for its age. The dial markings are clear and the glass and case are intact. Measures ~2.5in diameter and ~3.5inches deep. See photos. This would be a very cool addition to your collection.
