Rate of Climb / Vertical Airspeed Indicator Pioneer 1625-1Q-C1

Here is a WW2-vintage Rate of Climb (Vertical Airspeed) Indicator, made by Pioneer, similar to those used in the US Navy's PBY-5A Catalina.  It was for aircraft with shallow/slow climb/descent speed i.e. maximum 2000 ft/minute. The pointer is calibrated by turning the screw in the lower left corner.  The inside of the glass could use some cleaning. Measures 3.25 inches diameter and 4 inches deep.
