Radio Receiver BC-348-P Signal Corps US Army

Radio Receiver BC-348-P Signal Corps US Army

The BC-348 Radio Receiver is a compact American-made communications receiver which was mass-produced during WWII for the US Army Air Force and US Navy, and used in multi-crew aircraft such as bombers B-17 Flying Fortress, B-24 Liberator, B-29 Superfortress, B-25 Mitchell, B-26 Marauder, and transports C-46 Commando and C-47 Dakota. Its use was carried over to aircraft used in the Korean War. This one was converted to AC at some point during its history, but the outdated cord has been removed for safety.
