This is a WWII-era  Dual Engine Pressure Gauge as used in the Japanese Bomber Mitsubishi G4M Betty. The gauge displays pressure for both engines simultaneously, from 0-50 (PSI or bar, unknown).

The G4M Betty was the main land-based bomber operated by the Japanese Navy Air Service during WWII. It was a G4M in which the architect of the attacks on Pearl Harbor and Midway Island, Admiral Yamamoto, was shot down by US Army Air Force P-38s over the South Pacific Island of Bougainville, where he and the crew perished.

The instrument is in terrific condition given its age. The glass and case are intact and the markings clear and precise.Measures 2 inches diameter by 2 inches deep.
