The T-45 Lip Microphone, made by Universal Microphone, was worn across the upper lip and was regarded as "noise-cancelling" per its instructions. Included in the kit with the microphone and the instructions are 3 breath shields ("To reduce breath blast"), the face strap with ear loops, and the plug.
The box has seen better days, but the kit is new old stock. A cool little artifact of WWII aviation.
