Fuel Quantity Totalizer, 230,000 lbs, B-52 Stratofortress USAF

Here is a very cool Fuel Quantity Totalizing Indicator for a USAF Boeing B-52 Stratofortress. A totalizing indicator displayed the total fuel available in all of the fuel tanks within the aircraft (usually without including any supplemental tanks e.g. drop tanks). There were separate fuel quantity gauges for each fuel tank or pair of tanks.  The maximum capacity displayed on the indicator is 230,000 lbs, or ~35,000 gallons.  This aligns with the total fuel capacity of the B-52 B,C,D versions as shown in the B-52 Flight Manual dated 1966, see photo in gallery as well as a photo of a B-52 instrument panel showing the location of the indicator. 

The large pointer shows the total fuel in 10,000s lbs on the outer scale, and the small pointer shows the fuel in 1,000 lb increments on the inner scale. The total fuel is the combination of the two readings.  For example, the fuel quantity displayed on the main photo here is 33,000 lbs.

Measures 2.25 inches diameter and ~4 inches long.  The glass, case, and lettering are in exceptional condition.
