Here is a WWII-era Vertical Speed Indicator used in aircraft of the German Luftwaffe, measuring vertical speed in a climb or descent from - 15 meters/second to + 15 meters/second. It is labeled Fl.22386 (although it appears closer to the Fl.22384), and was made by Balda-Werk, Dresden (oeq)
Measures ~3.25 inches diameter and ~2.5 inches deep. It is in reasonable condition given its age.
