This post WWII-era bound edition of the US Army Air Force's Gunners Information File consists of several separate WWII-era manual publications combined into one hardback volume.
The first section of ~100 pages describes the operation and maintenance of the .50 Caliber Browning M2 Aircraft Machine Gun. The 80+ page second section describes sighting and sights. The 30-page third section deals with aircraft recognition. The fourth section discusses gunnery in the B-29, specifically the use of the Remote Control Turret System and its Harmonization. The fifth section, Tactical Use of B-29 Equipment, appears to be section III from another manual, and illustrates formation flying and engaging enemy aircraft.
In addition, there is a 17-page yellow-bound SAC Technical Pamphlet No. 50-1 B-29 Gunnery Strategic Air Command dated Jan 1948, which discusses in detail the operation of the remote gunnery system.
