German (Luftwaffe) Sensitive Altimeter Dated Dec 1938, measuring altitude to 10,000 meters.

The two sliding markers along the perimeter of the scale are marked E (for QFE) and F (for QFF).  The E marker was set to the desired Decision Altitude or Minimum Descent Altitude, whereby upon decent, if the required visual reference (e.g. runway) is not detected by the pilot, he must initiate a missed approach procedure.  The F marker was set to the desired Acceleration Altitude, whereby the pilot would transition the aircraft from take-off speed to climb-out speed.

According to Aircraft-Cockpits.com, this was used in Luftwaffe aircraft such as Ar79, Ju87, Ju52, Bf108D, Ar96B, Ar234B-1, Do24, Do24 T, Fi103, Fi156, and FW190 A1-4.
