This Turn & Slip Indicator, made by Bendix, part number 3934-1AG-B1-I, is from a commercial airliner of USAir, with a service label dated 1988. Measures ~3.25 inches diameter by ~6 inches deep.  Would be a cool memento for any former USAir employee.
