Here is an authentic WWI-era Airspeed Indicator, 30-160 MPH, Type E, as used in various aircraft of the Aviation Section, Signal Corps (A.S.S.C.) US Army, which was the WWI precursor (from 1914-1918) of today's US Air Force.  The dial is labeled A.S.S.C. US Army.

We have observed this ASI in photos of the instrument panel of the Curtiss Jenny biplane and the post WWI Martin MB-2 Bomber.

It is in good condition given its age. The glass and housing are intact. The lettering on the dial shows its age. Measures ~5 inches diameter, ~2 inches deep, and ~7.5 inches from top to the bottom of the air inlet/outlet tubes.
